Directions for Use

1. To prepare a 230mL serving: Pour 195mL of cold water into a glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops (53.8g) of Ensure Powder while stirring and mix until fully dissolved. Best served chilled.

2. Enjoy up to 2 servings daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

3. Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate). Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.

4. Prepared Ensure should be consumed promptly or covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours.
