Welcome to Health Harbour. Below you will find the terms and conditions governing our promotional offers, subscription discounts, shipping rates, and Subscribe & Save services.

Welcome & New Sign-Up Discount (10% OFF)

  • How to Receive: New customers who sign up for the Health Harbour newsletter or create an account will receive a unique 10% OFF discount code delivered directly to their registered email address.

  • How to Redeem: To apply the discount, you must manually enter the promo code provided in your welcome email at checkout.

  • Usage Limit: The sign-up discount code is valid for one-time use per customer/email address and applies strictly to eligible full-priced items unless specified otherwise.

  • Non-Stackable: The welcome discount code cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with other promotional coupon codes, store-wide automatic sales, or special bundle offers in a single transaction.

  • Minimum Spend Requirements: Eligibility for free shipping ($100.00 NZD) or promotional gifts (e.g., Antipodes $150.00 NZD spend threshold) is calculated based on the order subtotal after the 10% discount code has been applied.

Antipodes Free Gift Promotion

  • Eligible Offer: Receive a complimentary Antipodes Halo Skin-Brightening Volcanic Mud Mask 15ml (valued at $18.00 NZD) when you spend $150.00 NZD or more on Antipodes products in a single order.

  • Spend Threshold Calculation: The $150.00 NZD spend requirement applies strictly to the final subtotal of Antipodes products after all discounts (including the 10% subscription discount) have been deducted. Shipping fees and gift cards do not count toward the threshold.

  • Availability & Limit: Limited to one (1) free gift per qualifying order, while stocks last (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis). The free gift cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Returns & Refunds: If any qualifying Antipodes product is returned for a refund and reduces the total Antipodes spend below $150.00 NZD, the free gift must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. If the gift is not returned, its retail value ($18.00 NZD) will be deducted from the refund total.

New Zealand Shipping & Free Delivery Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all New Zealand domestic orders with a final subtotal of $100.00 NZD or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $100.00 NZD, a flat nationwide shipping fee of $7.89 NZD applies across New Zealand.

  • Calculation: The $100.00 NZD free shipping threshold is calculated based on the final subtotal of your order after any applicable discount codes, promotional offers, or subscription discounts have been applied.

Subscribe & Save (Recurring Deliveries)

When you choose our Subscribe & Save option, you agree to recurring automatic deliveries based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 1, 2, 3, or 6 months).

  • Recurring Payments & Auto-Renewal: Your payment details are processed and stored securely. You will be automatically charged prior to each scheduled dispatch according to your chosen frequency until you pause, modify, or cancel your subscription.

  • Pricing & Savings: The Subscribe & Save discount (e.g., 10% OFF) applies to the active retail price of the item at the time each recurring order is billed. If a product’s standard retail price changes, future recurring orders will reflect the updated price with your subscription discount applied.

  • Managing or Canceling Your Subscription: You can pause, skip, adjust delivery dates, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or using the link in your order confirmation emails.

  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellation requests must be completed at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming cycle from being processed and shipped.

  • Shipping Fees on Subscription & Mixed Orders: Free shipping ($100.00 NZD threshold) is calculated based on the final combined subtotal of all items in that specific shipment (including both one-time purchases and subscription items). Selecting Subscribe & Save on an item does not automatically waive shipping fees; if the final shipment subtotal is under $100.00 NZD, our standard $7.89 NZD shipping fee will apply.

  • Failed Payments: If a recurring charge fails (e.g., due to an expired credit card or insufficient funds), our system will notify you and retry. If unresolved, your subscription will be paused until payment details are updated.

  • Minimum Commitment & Fair Use Policy

    • Subscription Loyalty Requirement: The Subscribe & Save discount is provided in good faith for customers opting into ongoing, recurring deliveries.

    • Minimum Orders: Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of at least two (2) fulfilled orders before self-cancellation is enabled in the customer portal.

    • Early Cancellation Fee / Price Adjustment: If a subscription is canceled prior to completing the second recurring order, Health Harbour reserves the right to reclassify the initial order as a one-time purchase and deduct/charge back the subscription savings discount applied to that order.

General Terms

Health Harbour reserves the right to modify, modify, extend, or terminate any promotional offers, discount codes, or shipping policies at any time without prior notice.
